PROJECT OVERVIEW
I led a creative campaign for US Mobile - America’s first super-carrier (Verizon + T-Mobile + AT&T) - partnering with Luna, a Utah-based production agency.
Timed to Deadpool & Wolverine and nodding to Ryan Reynolds’ Mint Mobile, our clawed anti-hero hijacks the set to launch Claw Mobile. The gag lands a simple truth: US Mobile might not be the best at ads, but they are at being a 'Super Carrier'.
RESPONSIBILITIES
I led the project on the US Mobile side, partnering closely with Luna on tasks including:

Casting (reel reviews & talent selection)

Post-production (edits, sound, grade)

Hero Asset
In this hero asset, the ad’s protagonist hijacks the shoot to promote his own company, Claw Mobile.
Supporting Assets
This asset takes us behind the scenes, where the US Mobile team explains why the stunt failed—and why hiring fake celebrities is never a good idea. The upside? They’re very good at being a super carrier.
Here, our clawed superhero tears through the CEO’s long list of US Mobile features.
In this final asset, the CEO and the protagonist debate whether Wolverine is a mutant rather than a superhero—but the takeaway is that US Mobile’s offer is, in fact, “super carrier” level.
STORYTELLING
I extended the gag with a community easter egg: anyone hunting for Claw Mobile landed on a spoof site “built by the star himself” - deliberately shoddy by design. From there, a custom landing page redirected back to Ahmed, US Mobile’s real CEO, and the real deals (vs. the fake). A fun interaction for fans of the brand that sparked lively conversation.
